How do I publish links from commission junction, linkshare, and other affiliate programs to my twitter and fb?

I have posted banners on my blog, but do not know which code to use for promoting the links on my social networks.
I am only interested in recommending products that I like and deals I find to my followers. This is not considered spamming.
